Custom and Made-to-Order requests are accepted on a limited basis. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks before your order ships. 

Custom orders are paid in full before materials, hardware, and work on your bag begins. We will schedule a consultation to bring your vision to life. 

Made-to-Order products are remakes of RTS (Ready to Ship) items that have sold or are no longer available. If there are changes in the hardware, zippers, straps or colors you will be notified to approve changes. As these are made individually there may be a few minor changes from the posted pictures.
