Please Read Before Submitting

Submitting this form is a request - not a guarantee that we can accept the project. All Custom work is reviewed for fit, feasibility, and current capacity. We review requests regularly and respond in the order they are received.

Vx4 Studio specializes in embroidery, 3D printing, handmade goods, and music instruction/performance. We do not reproduce copyrighted artwork, licensed characters, or the original designs of other small makers (including Etsy shops).

For best results:

*Upload clear JPG or PNG files (transparent background works best)

*Embroidery files (.PES, .DST, .EMB) may require a separate transfer

*STL files are preferred for 3D printing

Agreement *

I understand that Vx4 Studio reviews each request for capacity and may decline a project
I understand that once a project is approved and quote agreed upon, full payment is required before any materials are ordered or work begins.
